Nour Al-Asmar ASM

Nour Al-Asmar is a proud and passionate natural communicator and strategic planner. She is part of an active, young Australian-Palestinian group who together established the Canberra Palestinian Community (CPC), a group that embraces change and collaboration, bringing the community together and educating the up and coming generation.

From her Palestinian heritage and parents – as the daughter of a passionate and dedicated Palestinian doctor and an entrepreneurial mother – Nour brings to Project Rozana her passion to make a difference.

Currently the People & Change Capability Manager in the Canberra office of global engineering and infrastructure advisory company, Aurecon, Nour has over 17 years of experience and know-how in Australia and the Middle East, in telco, consulting, health and professional services.

She is also an entrepreneur, having established in partnership with her sister Farah, their own line of luxury handbags – Farah Asmar –  where Nour oversees developing and implementing the digital and e-commerce strategies.

With a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems, a Masters in Marketing, and currently working on her MBA, Nour brings her leadership experience and knowledge to Project Rozana to help support the delivery of successful projects, mentor others and extend our networks to build meaningful opportunities and build bridges to better understanding.
